Club Social Activities

Anchorsholme Bowling and Social club pride themselves in making sure the members can take part in social activities and not just serious bowling.

Twice weekly bowling and pentanque round robins ensure friendly and fun competition for all members.
To ensure continuity during the winter months indoor bowling takes place twice weekly and whist and dominoes is also available.

Christmas sees the club members having a fun night of Christmas festivities including a meal, professional entertainment, raffle and dancing.

Thanks to a commumity grant from the Co-op, the club is now open every Wednesday to non-members to enjoy an evening of table tennis and darts.

Another superb social event of the year is when our members visit Knott End Working Mens Club each July for a great day of bowling and fun complete with lunch and an evening meal.
