Club Bowling Calendar

Throughout the year Anchorsholme Bowling and Social Club hold various events for members.
The most important thing with all the events is that we have an enjoyable and fun time.
Bowling competitions are held all year when trophies are awarded to winning players.
During the summer of 2023, for the first time, Anchorsholme Bowling Club hosted three Open Competitions. These were so successful they will be booked again in 2024.
Crown Green Bowling is played from February throughout the year.
Petanque is available all year on our newly rebuilt Petanque terrain..
Anchorsholme Bowling Academy is held each weekend and by arrangement during the week.

Visitors are welcome to attend any of our home matches to just relax, and watch the games being played.

On May the 18th 2024 Anchorsholme Open Singles Competition will take place. All level of players are welcome. This year’s event is kindly sponsored by JT Byrne Funeral Directors.

The league bowling start dates for 2024 are 15th and 16th of April.
The first four listings are open to male and female players.
The Welcome Afternoon League takes place every Monday afternoon starting at 2.00pm.
The Fylde Veterans League is every Tuesday afternoon starting at 2.00pm.
The County Evening League is Twice per month on Fridays starting at 7.00pm
The Jubilee League is every Saturday starting at 7.00pm
The Fylde Ladies Amateur League takes place every Thursday starting at 2.00pm.
The Blackpool & Wyre Ladies Evening League takes place every Tuesday starting at 6.00pm.
